Heating Instructions for Your Meal

To enjoy your meal at its best, please follow these simple steps for preparation. You can find the specific times for each dish in the reference table provided on our menu page.

Thaw Your Meal

Before heating, allow your food to thaw according to the times specified in our "Thaw Time" table.

Proper thawing ensures even heating and preserves the texture of your food.

Prepare for Heating

Important: Check your packaging and remove all aluminum foil before placing items in the microwave.

Caution: Gravy, Chillie paste, Dip, Syrup and other condiment cups are non microwaveable.

Open the Lid: Ensure you open or vent the lid before microwaving to allow steam to escape safely.

Heat to Perfection

Microwave: Follow the times listed in our "Microwave Time" table based on your portion size (Small, Medium, or Large).

For the best results, pause the microwave at the halfway point, give the food a good mix/stir, and then resume heating for the remaining time.

Note: Some items, such as Snicker Bites, require no heat and should be enjoyed chilled after thawing.

Do Not Refreeze: Once your meal has been reheated, it must be consumed immediately. For safety and quality reasons, please do not refreeze meals after they have been heated.
